Description

This New Zealand early purple variety is a lovely hardneck garlic great for cooking. It is planted in May and harvested around November/December, then cured for a few weeks before it is brought into storage.

We only use organic soil and fertilizer for our garlic and it is strictly spray-free. So it’s not only good for you but for the environment as well.

Please note that these are loose cloves (broken up from the bulb).

This is a 500g mixed-sized cloves package.
