To be able to submit an order in our online shop our terms and conditions need
to be read and accepted. We reserve the right to make any changes to the terms
and conditions at any time, the updated latest version supersedes all prior
versions.

Therefore save or print a copy of the terms and conditions when you submit an
order. The law of New Zealand governs the contract between you and us. If you
have any concerns or queries please contact Cherry Homestead by email or
phone.

section 2: order – acceptance process – product availability

When we receive your order through our online shop you will receive a
confirmation email with your purchase order. If you haven’t received a
confirmation email contact us directly before making a new order for the same
product. An order can only be submitted and delivered after it has been paid in
full. After the full payment, the purchase agreement is accepted and the product
will be shipped.

On our webshop and website we try to provide up to date and accurate
information, like availability, size and colors. Note, the product representation on
your screen may be different to the actual product. The product descriptions are
summaries only, more information available on request.

Please note all products are subject to availability, We have the right to withdraw
any product from the online shop for any reason at any time. Note, that a product
might still appear on the webshop for some time after the withdrawal. Errors can
occur and we are not obliged to honour such an error, and will therefore contact
you before processing the order.

An order can be rejected, canceled or put on hold by us

  • if the information you have provided is not accurate
  • suspected fraud
  • the item you have ordered is no longer available

If an order can’t be accepted an email will be sent to the customer with details on
how to proceed.

section 3: pricing – payment

All prices and delivery charges on our site are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$), the
price includes GST of 15%. The available payment and shipping options are
described in the online-shop.

We reserve the right to make any changes to price or delivery at any time. If
there has been a price error on your order, we will not honour such an error but
we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Bulky products, pick-up in store only or local delivery by special arrangement.

section 4: delivery

Shipping is within New Zealand only. The shipping charges will differ depending
on size, value and different zones in New Zealand. The shipping rate will show at
check-out. Bulky items will show as pick-up store only. Local deliveries may be
arranged by special agreement. We reserve the right if needed to deliver the
ordered products in separate shipments.

Delivery dates are estimates and should be within reasonable time. All parcels
will be sent with a tracking ID. You will receive a text or email when your item has
been processed and shipped.

The ordered product becomes your property at the time you receive it and it’s
paid in full. Thereafter any loss or damage is fully your responsibility.

section 5: return policy

You have the legal right to receive a full refund, or if possible exchange, in case
of a faulty product or cancel an order within 14 calendar days after it’s received.

If you wish to make a return or claim a refund, the product must be unused, in its
original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged during shipping back
to us then we reserve the right to deny a refund. If you have canceled your order
you have to cover your own return postage. Once we receive your item it will be
inspected and then you will be notified on the status of the refund. If the refund is
approved we will refund the total amount to your original payment method.

It’s important for us to keep your personal information safe, all details can be
found in our privacy policy.

section 7: product review

We appreciate and welcome your feedback on our products, please email or
write a review. If there are any issues with postage, prices, descriptions etc,  we
ask you to please contact us directly rather than writing it in a review.
